Think of it as a heartwarming story.  How about a title like:&#8221;Who is (Your Name)?&#8221;  When people see and know that you&#8217;re a real person, they are 10 times more likely to give you their business.  What&#8217;s your motivation, and why are you in the business of helping people? People don&#8217;t like ads thrown in their face, so make it personal; human.</p>
<p>Furthermore, before you start to invite others to view your profile, be sure you&#8217;ve created a few blogs. Information and videos will keep people fixed to your page as you strategically build your name and credibility in your local community. <p>No, viral marketing isn&#8217;t like a computer virus, but it is a marketing tactic that spreads like a virus from person to person.  Catch the drift? This is powerful marketing at its best, and Web 2.0 is the hot breeding ground.</p>

<p>It is otherwise known as &#8220;buzz marketing,&#8221; but viral marketing just refers to any trick or strategy to establish buzz, while getting other individuals to market you product or service for you. This is all done with no extra effort on your behalf. This can be extremely effective for real estate professionals like investors, realtors, agents, brokers and it&#8217;s very lucrative.</p>
<p>Take for example sending an email, bulletin, or message concerning a thought about real estate to about 100 people, and having 15% of the recipients pass it on to 100 people and 15% of those folks do the same, etc.  Do you see how this pyramid effect extends to hundreds of thousands of people?</p>
<p>This is the magic of viral marketing, spreading your word to more consumers than you ever thought possible.  You aren&#8217;t going to believe the power that you have when you market your business this way.  Like a religion, you&#8217;ll be converting people to your message, and they will then spread that message to others.</p>
